How is a service call priced?

Why is my AC running but not cooling?

Why does my furnace click but not light?
Usually a cracked hot surface igniter or a dirty flame sensor, both inexpensive. It can also be a pressure switch or a blocked flue.
Is ice on my heat pump normal?
Light frost that clears during a defrost cycle is normal in winter. Solid ice that never melts is a fault, often the defrost board, sensor, reversing valve or low charge.
Should I repair or replace my system?

How often should I change my filter?
Check monthly. One inch filters typically need replacing every one to three months, more often during wildfire smoke or with pets. Thicker media filters last longer.
How long does a system replacement take?
A straight furnace or AC changeout is usually one day. Adding ductwork or converting to a heat pump can run to two.
Do you handle permits?
Yes, where the work requires them, and old equipment leaves with us.
Can I get a second opinion on another company's quote?
