About Your Air Conditioning and Heating

A statewide HVAC company built around one idea: answer the phone, diagnose properly, and price the work before touching it.

What we do

We repair, replace and maintain residential heating and cooling equipment across Washington State. Air conditioners, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, ductless mini splits, thermostats and the ductwork that ties it all together.

How we work

Every call starts the same way. You describe what the system is doing, we quote a diagnostic fee, and we give you an arrival window before you hang up. On site, the technician measures rather than guesses, shows you what failed, and quotes a fixed price for the repair. You decide. Nothing comes apart before that.

We do not run a different price list after 6pm. A no-heat call on Christmas morning is billed at the same posted rate as a Tuesday in April, because a furnace does not choose when to quit.

Repair first, replace when it makes sense

A lot of what we replace was sold to somebody as urgent when it was not. Our rule is simple: if a repair gets you several more good years and costs a fraction of new equipment, we repair it. When the numbers genuinely favour replacement, we show you both figures side by side and let you choose.

Coverage

We serve all 493 Washington cities and towns, from Aberdeen and the Olympic Peninsula to Spokane, the Palouse, the Columbia Gorge and the San Juan Islands. One number reaches us from anywhere in the state.
